GL Kabozu - BSc (Oregon State), MBA (City University, Bellevue) - is the Director: Customs and Excise at the Ministry of Finance. Mr Kabozu was appointed to his present position in June 1999. Before that time, he was Director of Administration and General Services in the Ministry of Finance, and also served as Deputy Director of Finance and Logistics in the Ministry of Health and Social Services. He is also a director of the Government Institutions Pension Fund, the Tender Board of Namibia, the Social Security Commission, the National Energy Council and the Namibia Port Authority.
