Namdeb Employees Social Responsibility Fund (NESRF) Namdeb has a proud history of community support. The company continues to make substantial social investments in communities across the country through the Namdeb Social Fund. In support of the company's efforts, its employees also initiated the Namdeb Employees Social Responsibility Fund, inaugurated in August 1998. The Prime Minister is the Patron of the Fund. Namdeb employees voluntarily contribute N$10 a month to the Fund. The Fund aims to improve the plight of disadvantaged communities throughout Namibia, through financial assistance or material donations. To date, more than N$200 000 has been donated to worthy causes countrywide.
