Namdeb Foundation

During the second half of 2009, the Namdeb Board of Directors approved the establishment of the Namdeb Foundation which will consolidate all Namdeb corporate social initiatives into one social investment vehicle to promote effectiveness and cost efficiency. As from 2010, the operations of OSHIPE will be incorporated into the Namdeb Foundation.
